Uniquest, LLC a joint venture of Uniland Development and Acquest, LLC both of Buffalo, are redeveloping the former Dulski Federal Building. The project is being converted into a mixed use facility that will include a new hotel, office space and high-end condominiums. Uniquest has chosen Ajay Glass to design, engineer, fabricate and install a custom unitized curtainwall system for the new facade. When complete, the new facade will include 150,000 sf of curtainwall glazed with energy efficient glass. The result will be new life given to an old building in the form of a stunning new facade that will add to the already diverse architecture in downtown Buffalo.
